I'm fascinated by the process of using human-centered design to improve the way we experience the world. I love nothing more than immersing myself in a new design challenge and investigating what factors are operating in a given situation. I relish the energy created by collaborating with talented thinkers to create technological solutions that delight the user, business stakeholders, and designers. I have a background in fine art, education, marketing, and sales and I'm very interested in the reasons for human behavior. My passion is using data to blend business and design strategy with research insights, I love making the experience more delightful and efficient by building empathy, uncovering assumptions, and identifying divergent mental models. I am seeking new opportunities in UX research and design.
