Print and digital layout design has been my life for the past three years, working for publications in an effort to impugn the notion that print is dead. My work has been published on the pages of Charleston Magazine, Grand Strand, WNC Magazine, The Daily Gamecock, and Garnet & Black. However, layout design is not my only digital passion. I have created brands and worked with local companies to create entire corporate identities including designs for business cards, letter heads, stationary, and sign-age. When designing I aim to create sophisticated looks that will withstand the lifespan of trends. I have extensive experience designing with typography, illustrations, photography and layouts. My experience working in publications gave me the opportunity to expand my skills in photo retouching and copy writing. I would consider myself an extremely proficient user of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop with a working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash and Premiere.
