How Disqovery's App Works:

This deployment is at $12/employee per month. We currently have plans to scale to about 200 employees with them, after which we will evaluate growing to cover even more of the company. The initial population are going to be their experienced hires and employees from merged/acquired firms.* To get started, we're using the 100 BEST Companies to Work For, and looking for HBS alumni who work in leadership and HR at those firms.
* Also meeting great people at NYC HR and People Analytics meetup groups
