I-Comm Connect's browser-based communication system directly connects the customer and business, for free, globally. The caller simply touches the ‘Call Now’ button on a subscribing businesses’ website or mobile app, and a call is instantly forwarded to a company’s traditional phone line, mobile phone or VoIP line. The Internet call is completely free of charge for the caller from anywhere in the world and does not require a mobile connection. Any device with a microphone connected to the Internet can be used to place the call, including desktop or laptop computers, tablets, or smartphones. There are no external applications, software downloads, or plugins needed; simply one click, and the call is initiated between the customer and intended business recipient.
