iDisclose is an online application similar to turbo tax that asks an in-depth series of adaptive questions. It then drafts the legal language and prepares the draft disclosure and deal documents needed for early stage financing. After the documents are reviewed the user can click "file now" to file the documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission as required for Title III Crowdfunding. We also have two other products: a PPM generator that prepares a private placement memorandum for a private raise pursuant to Regulation D (angel, seed or early series) and a risk factor tool that prepares a set of tailored risk factors to be used in conjunction with a term sheet and executive summary to provide extra protection for the company raising funds.
