Nobody enters into a business deal hoping to end up in court, but litigation is something that still happens all too often. Through research we conducted at the University of Pennsylvania, we discovered that many lawsuits are made possible because of loopholes and other types of human error.

Lit IQ is using advances in computational linguistics technology to help minimize human error when preparing legal documents like contracts and regulations.

Out team is lead by a successful serial entrepreneur and includes leading computational linguistics specialists from the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford.
