OFTimpex, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, was established for the development and improvement of transnational economic and technological opportunities in the global oil trade. OFTimpex, Inc., aims to ensure cohesive solutions for shipping petroleum products from manufacturers to consumers, storage, refining, and the marketing of petroleum products. OFTimpex, Inc. will implement and generally manage the project, attract investors and capital, manage company assets, and make profits that will be used to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.

The basic consumers of petroleum products are the industry, an agriculture and transport, and the share of the last in use of liquid fuel regularly grows, that is connected to increase in quantity of the ship engines working on diesel fuel, fast rates of growth of automobile and air transport. The main consumers of gas and black oil as boiler fuel are power stations of thermal power station, a state district power station.
