PAAY is an online checkout solution that shifts liability for both criminal and friendly fraud away from merchants to the card issuers, and qualifies transactions at a lower interchange rate.

PAAY’s checkout runs transactions through the updated version of 3D Secure, which utilizes risk based authentication. This authenticates transactions at the backend, qualifying them for the above benefits, without impacting the checkout experience or requiring any consumer input.

With online fraud being expected to cause US merchants $6.4 billion by 2018, PAAY's technology can prevent and save e-commerce businesses $5.0 billion of these.

We currently have plugins for the following shopping carts:

as well as an open API that developers can use to build the PAAY checkout for custom shopping carts.
