Remember when you opened and closed your car windows to change the temperature? Neither do we. But this is how most people still control the temperature in their homes and offices during the winter.

It’s not just uncomfortable and inconvenient, it’s expensive.

We’ve developed an elegant retrofit, which pays for itself in 2-4 years. We’ve cut heating costs by as much as 34% already (for comparison, Nest Thermostats advertise 10-12% savings). It's called the Cozy and it lets us continuously monitor comfort and fuel use across an entire building.

There are 120,000,000 radiators in the U.S. alone, 50% of which are steam radiators. Our current clients alone already manage 300,000 radiators.

We're on track for $5,000,000 annual sales for 2016, which represents $240k in ARR. We'll use this round to increase margins by reducing deployment and manufacturing costs and expand our sales capacity.
