RosyPad is a buyer/renter oriented online platform for real estate. We connect buyers & renters directly with sellers & landlords, this way users can save the transaction fees up to 90%. We try to solve 2 problems: 1. dependency on brokers. 2. high brokers' fees.

Rosypad changes the real estate transaction dynamic by shifting the focus from sellers & landlords to the ultimate end user: buyers & renters by providing them a platform to tell the world what they are looking for, so the sellers & landlord can search and connect with them directly.

Real estate needs 2 parties to complete a transaction: Buyer and Seller. Almost all the current services and websites are listing/seller focused where they list the information of the properties and then direct users to the listing agents and sellers, it's not efficient and unbalanced. RosyPad fills the void by providing buyer/renter a platform to list their demands.It's more efficient, less expensive with our business model.
