SommelYou is a Virtual sommelier that helps winelovers and people willing to drink wine and beer to pick the right one, at the right moment, in every situation.
- in restaurants: through the pairing of wines/ beer & dishes of the restaurants or through the choice of the wine/ beer features that we defined
- In supermarkets: pairing wines/beers with store products, or with a set of dishes
- at home: allowing to understand which wine to drink, pairing it to what people are cooking and eventually suggesting where to buy it!

Everybody knows Vivino. Vivino allows peer evaluations..What's the problem with that? 95% of the people we interviewed know nothing about wine..Sommelyou instead recommends the right wine, and by presenting the wine in an easy way it stimulates consumption.
In the restaurants where we tried it we experienced 15-25% of gross margins!!
It's a win win situation: Customers finally "experience" the wine, who provides it gives a high quality service and they earn with that!
