VFA is a high-growth nonprofit launched in 2011 that finds and recruits the most entrepreneurial recent grads from top universities and connects them to full-time opportunities with startups and early-stage companies across the US. The competitive program provides training, support, investment, and a network to help these young people start businesses, with the ultimate goal of job creation and revitalizing American cities.

We're based in NYC, but our program operates in 15 cities across the country, including Detroit, New Orleans, Baltimore, Denver, Cincinnati, and many more. Heading into our 5th year, we'll have worked with nearly 500 Fellows and alumni.

Our mission is:
- To revitalize American cities and communities through entrepreneurship.
- To enable our best and brightest to create new opportunities for themselves and others.
- To restore the culture of achievement to include value-creation, risk and reward, and the common good.
