Hey! I am a well-rounded Italian-born strategic designer, with a passion for people, interactions, ideas, and brands. Recently, I was a Design Advocate at Sketch working with design teams globally to improve their design systems, usability, and overall productivity. Over my 20-year career, I have worked at large and small agencies, startups, and corporations. I’ve lived and worked in Rome, Milan, and New York City where I have been living since 2004.

I am on a mission to create experiences and products that improve people’s lives. I believe that considering people’s context, feelings, physical needs, and goals are critical to successful design.

I am an expert in Sketch, Figma, design and prototyping tools as well as strategizing and implementing Design Systems and Design Ops in general. I have helped teams at companies like IBM, Amazon, frog design, Apple, Deloitte, Gartner and many more become more productive.

I help teams make sure they can be as efficient as possible, collaborate smoothly across specialties, and deliver digital products quickly. I have been working on a series of productivity plugins, that make it easier to do some daily design tasks in Sketch. I also run the Design & Prototype User Experiences Meetup in NYC. I love design, hacking and productivity, travel, cooking, teaching, and mentoring.
