Our client, a Financial Giant, is seeking a UX User Researcher to perform Usability Studies and A/B Testing. You will design and administer usability studies on a wide range of my client's web-based platforms and applications.
Requirements: Contextual inquiry methods, User surveys (primarily online), Participatory design methods such as Customer co-development and design thinking, Task analyses and use case development, Competitive analyses, Focus groups, Brainstorming and participatory design methods, Card-sorting methods and affinity diagramming, Usability studies (lab and remote), Large-scale online (un-moderated) usability studies: • Live-site A/B testing • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, general familiarity with Photoshop • Impressive command of both Mac and PC platforms
