We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Integrated Project Manager / Producer for immediate, full-time hire at our DUMBO, Brooklyn office.
As an Integrated Project Manager / Producer, you will oversee the execution of creative branding projects (brand strategy, moodboards, visual identity development, style guides, etc.) and digital projects (responsive web and mobile) from start to finish. You will be part of the Client Team, working closely with Staffing, Strategy, Design, and Engineering colleagues to manage full-cycle projects (from branding to launch), and ensuring that the final product is consistent with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans for multiple projects
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams at Red Antler to define the scope of projects
- Initiating project budget estimations and managing project hours burn for project teams
- Running daily scrum meetings for each project in partnership with Client Leads
- Partnering with Staffing to ensure projects have the appropriate people to be completed on time and on budget
- Working with partners and vendors throughout the full scope of the project
- Developing and managing QA processes (both internal and client facing)

Skills and qualities we look for in candidates:
- 3-5 years of experience in an integrated and/or digital project management role
- Entrepreneurial (you’re a hustler in a good way), positive, resourceful, confident
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a sense of humor
- High social intelligence
- Previous experience working at a branding, digital, or creative agency (required)
- Motivated by an extremely collaborative and fast-moving environment
- Experience managing ecommerce web design and development
- Significant knowledge of the digital landscape, including web design and development technologies
- Comfortable with project plans and Gantt charts
- Understanding of how to estimate design time and staff needed to complete tasks
- Comfortable leading conversations
