We are looking for an experienced and personable Client Lead for immediate hire at our Dumbo, Brooklyn office.

The Client Team at Red Antler is responsible for driving a project from inception through launch, and identifying ways to grow the business both strategically and creatively. As a Client Lead, you will be owning and developing partnerships with our clients and you’ll represent the client’s voice throughout the execution of projects at all levels of the business, including strategy, design, digital, marketing, production, and more.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Define the project to achieve the client’s business objectives while upholding Red Antler’s commitment to creating the best work possible
• Act as first point of contact in all meetings, funnel key project information and feedback from the client to internal teams to manage expectations and vice versa
• Transfer project scopes into Statement of Works and track overall project health against project success metrics
• Collaborate with producers to identify project risks and lead risk mitigation as ‘CEO’ of the project
• Contribute to the design process by having a strong POV on the brand vision, strategic direction and business objectives
• Identify project organic growth opportunities well in advance and plan accordingly with internal teams to bring these to fruition and track growth against overall Client Lead project portfolio.

Skills and qualities we look for in candidates:

• 5-10 years experience, with first-hand experience managing any or all of the following: branding, website design and development, print production, photo/video production, marketing campaigns, and/or packaging
• Previous experience working at a branding, digital, or creative agency (required)
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, confident, and excited to lead
• Motivated by an extremely collaborative and fast-moving environment
• High social intelligence
• Top notch organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a sense of humor
