I am a Brooklyn-based designer, originally from the Pacific Northwest. I have 3+ years of design experience at various creative agencies, most recently at Carbone Smolan Agency in NYC where I worked as a digital designer.

I became a designer because I am a problem solver. I thrive when I can throw myself into a project, and I am happiest when I am being challenged. I believe that every project, no matter how small, needs to have an idea behind it. And I believe that my job as a designer is to find the absolute best way to communicate that idea.

As a designer, I enjoy working on a variety of types of projects. I have experience in digital design, branding, and advertising, but I am also a competent front-end web developer, a freelance illustrator, and most recently I have been teaching myself animation and 3D modeling.
